This product is opened live on our livestream. If you would like your bulk cards included with your shipment, please request bulk in your order notes or during the livestream.

Due to the nature of livestream openings, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks on any live-opening products. Please purchase responsibly, as all sales are final.

Sealed Product Disclaimer

All sealed products are brand new and factory sealed. Minor imperfections to shrink wrap, packaging, boxes, or other manufacturer-applied materials may occur during production, shipping, or handling and do not qualify for a replacement, refund, discount, or exchange.

Any issues related to manufacturing defects, packaging quality, missing factory contents, or other manufacturer-related concerns must be addressed directly with Pokémon.
